That is a good question. Maybe some of the patrons can respond. I arrived at 5:45am and he was open. He must arrive very early. I know he served breakfast and lunch. I suspect he closed in the afternoon when his customers begin to Wain. Maybe others can round out your question. This is just my experience. I arrive early for breakfast.
